FULTON, Ill.--Do you have an antique and have always been curious about how much its worth? The Fulton's Windmill Cultural Center will be hosting an antique event Wednesday, January 30.
Several local antique experts will be at the Center from 9-12:30 to evaluate items brought by area residents. Anyone is welcome to visit to seek information about one or more antiques or collectibles. There is no charge for this service. Their specialties include toys, primitives, crocks, signs, and paintings. However, they all have a broad general knowledge of antiques. They will have items from their personal collections, also.
In addition to the appraisals, a soup/bread/dessert lunch will be served from 11-1. Although complimentary coffee and a treat are always served at 9 a.m., this new adventure will provide soup and freshly baked warm bread with a donation asked.
This is the third year Wild Winter Wednesday morning programs are presented at the Windmill Cultural Center in January, February, and March. The programs are free and the building is handicap accessible.
The Windmill Cultural Center is located at the corner of 1st Street and 10th Avenue in downtown Fulton. For more information, call 815-589-4545 or visit the city website at www.cityoffulton.us.
