Dixon Police Public Arrest Reports Saturday Feb. 9 to Wednesday Feb. 13 | Crime

DIXON, Ill.--The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.Stevie L. Clark, age 32, of 1028 Mary Avenue, Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on February 9, 2013, in the 100 block of East Everett Street at 2:37 a.m. for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Clark was processed and released after posting bond with a pending court appearance.

Zachary A. Jones, age 24, of 745 North Brinton Avenue, Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on February 10, 2013, in the unit block of South Galena Avenue at 1:47 a.m. for a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear-Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was issued a city ordinance for Possession of Cannabis.  Jones was processed and released after posting bond with a pending court appearance.

Brandon Roberts, age 24, no permanent address, Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on February 10th 2013, in the 1600 block of  Factory Street at 8:15 p.m. for a Lee County warrant for Failure to Appear-Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Roberts was unable to post bond and transported to the Lee County Jail.

William M. Skeffington, age 36, of 2044 Swarts Road, Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on February 11, 2013, in the 100 block of North Peoria Avenue at 11:08 p.m. on a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear on Contempt/Non-payment.  Skeffington was processed and released after posting bond with a pending court appearance.

Donald L. Stouffer, age 72, of 920 River Road, Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on February 13, 2013 in the 900 block of River Road at 12:13 a.m. for D.U.I.-Alcohol, Failure to Signal and Improper Lane Usage.  Stouffer was processed and released after posting bond with a pending court appearance.
