Alzheimer’s Association to Offer Free Legal & Financial Advice | Events

DIXON, Ill.--Families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias can better prepare for their loved ones’ long-term care future by attending an upcoming legal and financial program hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association-Central Illinois Chapter’s Rock River Branch.“Legal and Financial Matters” will be held from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19 at the Alzheimer’s Association office at 93 S. Hennepin Ave., Dixon. A local attorney will discuss patient rights, estate planning, Power of Attorney, guardianship and other related issues. There also will be time for specific questions from participants.
